Shipping policy

At GENTAIR, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
